Data Extract Access

Overview

This page will detail how to set up Data Extract Access for a GBG Consultant.

Why

A high level of security has been put in place throughout the ID3global Portal so that the portal can meet PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance as well as providing a higher level of security to protect our client’s data.

GBGroup take these security obligations seriously and to ensure these are all met, administration tasks on your behalf will only be performed when permission has been given. There are certain key tasks that fall within this remit; Data Extracts is one of these.

As such in order to perform this task it is necessary for you to grant access to a GBG designated Consultant via the administration portal.

The Process

1. In order to grant access first of all you will need to go to the Administration site:

https://www.id3global.com/GlobalAdmin/

2. When inside the Administration Portal click on the Accounts section

3. When the Account page is loaded click on the “Roles” tab

4. This will load the Roles page, when loaded selected the data.extracts tile

5. Click on the “Helpdesk Access” slider. This will allow the GBG Consultants access to the Data Extract function for 7 days before this automatically expires.
