Batch Access
Overview
This pdf will detail how to set up an account for a GBG Consultant to process a batch or alternatively processing batches regularly.
Why
A high level of security has been put in place throughout the ID3global Portal so that the portal can meet PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance as well as providing a higher level of security to protect our client’s data.
GBGroup take these security obligations seriously and to ensure these are all met, tasks on your behalf will only be performed when permission has been given. There are certain key tasks that fall within this remit; Batch Processing is one of these.
As such in order to perform this task it is necessary for you to grant access to a GBG designated Consultant via the administration portal
The Process
1. In order to grant access first of all you will need to go to the Administration site:

2. When inside the Administration Portal click on the Accounts section
3. This will load the Accounts page, when loaded select the “ADD” button
4. A pop up will appear:
a. The Name of the Consultant or alternatively if an automated Batch is used then use GBG Batch
b. The Username requested by GBGroup, most likely to be GBGroup – your company domain does not need to be entered here, this will automatically fixed onto the end
c. The email of the GBG contact needs to be entered here e.g. John.Smith@gbgplc.com
d. Enter in a PIN for the GBG contact to use on their first login, this will need to be relayed to the GBG contact
e. If the account is being set up for a regular batch then “Password never expires” will need to be toggled
f. Select the role as “Users”
