Profile Access

Overview

This page will detail how to set up Profile Access for a GBG Consultant.

Why

Previously GBGroup could access numerous functions of a client’s Administration Portal, however as planned a higher level of security has been put in place throughout the ID3global Portal so that the portal can meet PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance as well as providing a higher level of security to protect your data and rules governing the use of the ID3global service. In order to assist in the set up of Risk Profiles it is sometimes necessary to grant access to the GBG Consultants to amend or add Profiles.

The Process

1. In order to grant access first of all you will need to go to the Administration site:

2. When inside the Administration Portal click on the Accounts section

3. When the Account page is loaded click on the “Roles” tab

4. This will load the Roles page, when loaded selected the profile.admin tile

5. Click on the “Helpdesk Access” slider. This will allow the GBG Consultants access to add or amend Profiles for 7 days before this automatically expires.

a. Alternatively this can disabled by clicking on the slider at any point

6. Once the option to enable or disable Profile access has been given Helpdesk Access. Please remember to click UPDATE so that the change can be save.
