Helpdesk Access
There may be occasions when a customer has a specific query about the results that an identity check has returned.
With this in mind, this document aims to explain and show how a customer of ID3global can give the GBG helpdesk access to a specific, completed check to investigate any issues.
Every check that has been performed using an Integration, User Portal or Batch tool is stored within the Audit Trail held within the ID3global Administration site.
Due to changes being implemented within ID3global, each customer has been given complete control of who has access to their ID3global Admin site, ensuring GBG are able to conform to PCI compliancy, Data Protection and any other regulatory standards.
