Resetting Passwords
Locked Accounts
The following actions can be taken to unlock an account:
Wait for 30 minutes for the Account to unlock
or
Request a Password Reset to unlock the Account
or
Request that an Administrator unlock the Account
*However if issues are still being experienced then the GBGroup helpdesk can unlock the account
Forgotten Details
Account Names and Passwords can be requested from both the Administration and Data Entry sites:

If an Account Name and/or Password has been forgotten then it can requested though either of the buttons below (a &/or b).
a) Forgot Password? Once the “Forgot password” button is pressed the screen below will be shown
1. Type in the Username that is used to login
2. Click on Request Reset
The screen below shows that when the button is pressed an email is sent through to the registered account displaying the new temporary password. Please note that the password is only valid for 24 hours from issue.
b) Forgotten Account Name As well as requesting a new password it is also possible to request the Account Name if forgotten.
1. Enter the email that is associated with ID3global
2. Click “Send Reminder” This will show a message if the email has been recognised to inform the customer that an email will be sent containing the Username assigned to the email account.
